Working in optical for almost 20 years, one thing that would ring clear was it was not easy for my senior patients to get to the office for adjustments and simple repairs. Mobility issues along with having to find a ride or ask family and friends to take them for a five or ten minute fix just never made sense for me. It was always easier for me to go to them. 
 

That's how The Eyeglass Lady was born.
